  • Ecosystem Link#34 presented by It's Sta. [JAM BASE 1st Anniversary Special]

Ecosystem Link is a community event hosted by It's Sta. (Innovators & Trailblazers Synergy Station), where startups, corporate representatives involved in new business and open innovation, financial institutions, legal professionals, government agencies, and support organizations come together to share information, technology, and knowledge, and actively contribute to the innovation ecosystem. During the event, sessions on the startup ecosystem and pitches by notable startups take place.

This special edition of Ecosystem Link commemorates the first anniversary of JAM BASE, a core functional facility in Grand Green Osaka, which opened on September 6th last year. The theme for this edition is "Global x Startup." With 2025 marking the year of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, global attention on Japan is expected to reach unprecedented levels. In this context, collaboration with startups is expanding beyond domestic boundaries to include global partnerships. Overseas startups, which operate in market environments, possess unique needs and technologies different from those in Japan, offer opportunities for creating unprecedented value through collaboration.

This event will be held as a side event of the "Global Startup Expo 2025" at the Osaka-Kansai Expo site on September 17–18 and the "Tech Osaka Summit 2025" at Grand Front Osaka near Osaka Station on September 16–17.

Session 1 will feature experts who are well-versed in startup ecosystems from various countries, sharing the latest insights.
Session 2 will invite domestic corporations that are actively collaborating with overseas startups to discuss the background, processes, outcomes, and lessons learned from their partnerships.
Session 3 will showcase pitches by ambitious startups aiming to enter the global market, offering participants an opportunity to discover new collaboration possibilities.

This event provides a platform to explore how companies and startups can connect on a global stage and foster new co-creation initiatives. Join us to delve into the current state and future of cross-border open innovation!

Since the pre-opening of Grand Green Osaka, Ecosystem Link has been held regularly on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month at JAM BASE, its central facility. The event venue includes a networking area, and participants are free to come and go during the event, allowing ample opportunities to engage and connect with speakers and attendees.
